Become part of BayCare in Tampa as a full-time Registered Nurse working nights in the Emergency Room at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Provide compassionate and quality care to patients from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.

This is an chance for an experienced Registered Nurse with ER background to step into a vibrant healthcare environment. You will be supported by a large team and expected to manage patient care efficiently, utilizing BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Your role will involve critical thinking and collaboration with healthcare professionals for optimal patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and record vital signs and assessments
• Develop and adjust patient care plans accordingly
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies
• Educate patients about their healthcare needs
• Delegate care tasks to team members as needed

Requirements:
• Current RN license and nursing degree (diploma or higher)
• One year of experience in the ER
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• High emotional intelligence in patient care
• Availability for night shifts and occasional weekends
