Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the Workday Adaptive Planning system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including building models, reports, and dashboards.
Oversee the integration of data from various sources into Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) function and implement solutions within the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Ensure that the system complies with all relevant regulations and internal security policies.




Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning systems.
Proficiency in system administration, data integration, and report building within Workday Adaptive Planning.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Certifications: Workday Adaptive Planning certification
