About the OpportunityJoin a dynamic Procurement & Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team supporting a global organization in Montreal. We are looking for experienced procurement professionals who bring strong end-to-end Buy Cycle expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Buy Cycle, from released purchase requisitions through creation of compliant purchase orders.
- Process purchase requisitions accurately and efficiently in accordance with procurement policies, controls, and service-level expectations.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality P2P / Buy services across global business stakeholders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve P2P service delivery, processes, and user experience.
- Manage and resolve procurement issues, escalations, exceptions, and process inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, controls, risk requirements, and applicable governance standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization,



and automation and support their implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and global procurement teams to ensure consistent processes and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted partner for procurement-related matters.
- Analyze recurring issues and provide practical, data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established procurement procedures.

What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), preferably within a shared services or global environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with end-to-end Buy processes and purchase order creation.
- Experience working with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA in P2P / procurement processes.
- Experience with SAP Business Network (SBN) or similar supplier/procurement platforms.
- Strong understanding of procurement controls, compliance, and P2P governance.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage escalations, troubleshoot issues, and drive resolution.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural, and cross-functional environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
