We are seeking an experienced Buyer / Procurement professional with strong hands-on experience across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Buy process in a shared services or global business environment.

Responsibilities

- Convert approved/released purchase requisitions into compliant purchase orders
- Manage day-to-day buying activities across the end-to-end P2P process
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate procurement support
- Resolve purchasing issues, escalations, and process inconsistencies
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, controls, and risk requirements
- Support process improvements and standardization initiatives
- Partner with regional and global teams to improve service delivery and stakeholder experience

Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Buying, or P2P operations




- Strong hands-on experience with purchase requisition to purchase order (PR-to-PO) processing
- Experience working in a shared services / global business services environment
- Robust experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of SAP Business Network (SBN) and Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and escalation management abilities
- Self-driven, organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred BackgroundExperience supporting procurement operations within a large, complex, or global organisation is highly preferred.
