Vale Global is supporting a Canadian organization that is expanding its Workday HCM environment and requires a French-speaking consultant to support ongoing configuration and optimization work.

The role will focus on core HCM processes, business process improvements, and stakeholder support across a bilingual workplace.

What you’ll be responsible for

Acting as the functional SME across Workday Core HCM

Supporting configuration changes and business process improvements

Working with HR stakeholders in both English and French

Assisting with post–go-live enhancements and system optimization

Supporting data quality, reporting, and security updates

Providing functional guidance across the HCM landscape

What they’re looking for

5+ years of Workday HCM experience

Strong hands‑on configuration across Core HCM

Experience in post–go-live or optimization environments

Comfortable working directly with HR leadership
