Senior Data
Analyst, Business Intelligence We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role will independently lead reporting initiatives, build reliable and scalable solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business intelligence fundamentals, Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to learn complex systems and business processes quickly.
As a Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence your responsibilities will include: Lead business intelligence initiatives from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and reusable components using Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
Work with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including Finance and Operations, Project Operations, Sales Hub, and other Dataverse-based solutions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, expected outcomes, validation responsibilities, and timelines, while proactively communicating progress, risks, dependencies, and recommended solutions.
Validate data, investigate reporting discrepancies, and maintain clear documentation of data sources, business logic, technical decisions, testing, and data lineage.
Support report security, deployment, monitoring, and production issues.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to peer reviews, shared standards, reusable patterns, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Great. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick: Three or more years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related role.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in data analytics, information systems, business analytics, computer science, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
Advanced Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, report development, and performance optimization.
Strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications or Dataverse-based solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or a comparable modern cloud analytics platform.
Experience independently delivering reporting or analytics solutions from initial requirements through production.
Strong analytical, validation, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Consistent ownership, follow-through, sound judgment, and attention to quality.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn quickly, and support the development of others.
Experience That Would Be Valuable Experience working with data warehouses, including dimensional models, ETL or ELT processes, curated reporting layers, row-level security, or data governance.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Experience with finance, accounting, skilled services, or enterprise resource planning reporting.

Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors—your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity.
To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $74,800–$93,600 in Toronto. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors. Our special culture shines through when we have the opportunity to connect in person.
