Summary

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Lead responsible for defining and leading the DevOps strategy, practices, and engineering standards that enable the successful delivery and operation of Microsoft-based technology solutions. This role drives the adoption of modern DevOps principles, automation, cloud-native services, and platform engineering capabilities to improve software quality, deployment reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership for enterprise DevOps practices, standards, and operating models that support secure, scalable, and high-quality technology delivery.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD automation practices to streamline software development,



testing, deployment, and release management processes.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native services and modern engineering practices within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Establish and oversee DevOps governance frameworks, standards, and best practices across development, infrastructure, and operations teams.
- Lead the implementation of DevSecOps practices, embedding security controls and governance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Promote automation and platform engineering capabilities that improve deployment reliability, operational efficiency, and service quality.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to design and maintain scalable and secure delivery pipelines.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives through the adoption of up-to-date DevOps methodologies, automation frameworks, and cloud platform capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on platform governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, including multiple projects serving as a technical leader across development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams, ensuring scalable and secure delivery pipelines while supporting enterprise transformation leveraging Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and Security Governance,



including integrating security controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Architecture, including designing and supporting scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based platforms and services.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD Automation, including building and managing automated development, testing, deployment, and release pipelines.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep to provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure through reusable and automated processes.
- Experience with DevOps Leadership and Platform Governance, including establishing standards, best practices, operating models, and governance processes that support enterprise-scale technology delivery.
