You will assist women confronting homelessness and connect them with services geared towards sustainable living. Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an initial point of contact for support seekers
• Quickly respond to clients in crisis, providing aid
• Track client progress via case management tools
• Maintain shelter order and rules courteously
• Empower community members through active listening
Requirements:
• 1 year experience with vulnerable or marginalized groups
• Strong background in communication and emotional resilience
• Skills in case management preferred
• Experience in a volunteer-based setting is a plus
• Must adhere to The Mustard Seed’s mission
