Royal Columbian Hospital is looking for clinical Endocrinologist(s). The successful candidate(s) will provide both inpatient and outpatient care. You will work within an established and highly capable team of 7 endocrinologists and have the support of 2 inpatient endocrine nurse practitioners and 1 inpatient diabetes nurse educator.

• Management of inpatient general endocrinology, including diabetes, pituitary, neuroendocrine, and thyroid conditions.


• Provide the highest standards of protected clinical and professional practice.


• Maintain a strong collegial link with members of the hospital staff involved in day‑to‑day care of patients.


• Lead and support initiatives for glycemic control and diabetes education.


• Supervise, mentor, and teach medical students, residents, and fellows.


• Participate in weekly endocrinology continuing medical education rounds.


• Provide on‑call coverage within the established endocrinology on‑call roster.

• Be eligible for FRCPC in Endocrinology & Metabolism.


• Be eligible for licensure in British Columbia.


• Additional training beyond fellowship is not required, however a special area of interest would be an asset.


• Eligible for a full license with CPSBC.

The Division of Endocrinology is comprised of 7 established endocrinologists who conduct both inpatient and outpatient care. We are affiliated with the UBC Division of Endocrinology and have been consistently recognized for our clinical teaching. Our collegial group meets weekly for CME and mentorship of junior colleagues and offers opportunities to pursue quality improvement projects and clinical research.
