Please do not contact the recruiter directly.DescriptionAs a Client Service Director you will lead and grow block of group benefit clients ensuring overall client satisfaction and profitability.In addition, you are day-to-day lead on large, complex client engagements involving strategic design and management of programs in close collaboration with leaders and senior technical counterparts.You drive client strategy and grow client relationships by leveraging your expertise alongside WTW’s experts, innovative solutions and capabilities.You are great at client retention and satisfaction and are developing your ability to identify and close new client business.The RoleServes as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to large clients in the design and management of their group perks programs.Leads the client service team and collaborates closely with technical resources and actuaries in the design and delivery of project plans, ensuring progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standardsProactively advises clients and ensures superior client serviceDemonstrates strong negotiation and relationship management skills to handle difficult conversations in client and vendor situations to optimize activities and outcomesEngages WTW specialist resources and experts locally and globally to solve for client needs and generate new businessMaterially grows revenue through anticipating client needs,
offering new solutions to current clients and effectively scoping and contracting client engagementsServes as the expert in new client pursuits by crafting solutions to meet prospect needs and responding to RFP’s where appropriateDirectly manages and/or mentors colleagues to achieve objectivesMaintains market presence and enhances WTW’s brand in the marketplaceConducts final review of deliverables to ensure alignment to client objectives, leverage of optimal WTW recommendations, services and solutions, and adherence to WTW professional excellence standardsDevelops an enhanced understanding of the drivers of H&B revenue, and develops effective engagement pricing, contracting and staffing models to ensure profitabilityQualificationsThe Requirements10+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in the design/management of mid-sized and larger group benefit plans gained in a consulting or brokerage environmentProven ability to generate revenue for existing and new clientsTrack record of success in managing and growing relationships in mid-sized and larger clientsAn executive presence with polished and well developed communication skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organizationExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPointLife and Health license required within 180 days of joiningAvailability to travel on as needed basisRelevant experience and/or university degreeArtificial Intelligence (AI) tools may be used in the process to screen, assess, or select applicants for a position but all final decisions and determinations are made exclusively by authorized human personnel.This job posting is an advertisement for an existing vacancy.Equal Opportunity EmployerCompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $110,000-$150,000 CAD per year.This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.]]>
