Our client, a boutique business law firm, is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to spearhead their marketing for estate planning and business law services. This in-person role focuses on campaign delivery, content execution, webinars, and partner referrals in a small, founder‑led team serving high‑net‑worth BC business owners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Execute digital campaigns, content, events, webinars, and partner referral programs

Manage website projects including WordPress rebuilds and optimization

Leverage AI tools for marketing efficiency and content creation

Build marketing systems and track performance against pipeline KPIs

Collaborate directly with founder to refine and deliver the marketing plan





Translate client scenarios into educational content and lead generation assets

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

3+ years experience executing marketing campaigns with measurable results

Tech‑savvy with AI tools, WordPress, marketing automation, and analytics

Creative and resourceful with strong independent follow‑through
