Overview
Looking for a candidate having at least 6+ years of experience in EDI Analyst who is willing to support our esteemed customer for onboarding partners (customers/vendors / ASPs / 3PLs) for it global supply chain management operations. This position is responsible for the full lifecycle of partner onboarding, from initial requirement gathering and documentation to post-go-live transaction monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of EDI standards, excellent coordination skills, and a proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact for new trading partners during the onboarding phase.

Conduct detailed meetings to understand and document the partner’s specific EDI business requirements and processes.

Evaluate and interpret implementation guides (X12, EDIFACT) to define integration scope and complexity.

Analyze the partner's EDI structure against our internal system capabilities.

Create detailed Co-relation/Mapping Documents that translate external EDI segments and elements into internal system fields and vice versa.

Document any required data transformation, validation rules, and business logic necessary for a successful integration.

Collaborate closely with the Middleware/Integration Development team for the implementation of mapping documents and technical specifications

Perform end-to-end testing (SIT and UAT)



of the new EDI maps within the internal system environment as well as with partner & business teams

Monitor and track Golden Transactions immediately post go-live, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Effectively working in a team setting, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

6+ years of experience working as an EDI Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in an IT or Supply Chain environment.

Should posses deep understanding of common EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and must have hands-on experience with EDI (X12) files

Thorough understanding of O2C (Order-to-Cash) and P2P (Procurement-to-Pay) business processes.

Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTP/S) and proficient in using EDI Integration platforms such as Dell Boomi

Fair understanding of using/navigating through SAP UI (specifically in SD/MM modules related to O2C, and P2P) to facilitate troubleshooting and data validation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous partner integrations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Willingness to work in IST / PST timezone to support global operations.
