Job Description:-

Customer Service Management--Knowledge of tools and techniques for maintaining an workplace where all understand, and are committed to, providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Problem Solving--Knowledge of approaches,



tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.

4 years of DB2 Database Performance and Tuning.

5 years of recent production database administration of db2 v9 databases.

DB2 Database Administration Certification on V8 or higher is preferred.

Experience of db2 database patching and upgrade.

Familiar with Oracle, or MSSQL Server or Sybase will be a plus
