Job Title: Part Time Sales Associate

Reports To: Store Manager

Location: West Edmonton Mall, Edmonton AB

Salary: $15.00/hr + commission

Requirements: 20-25hr/week availability

We are actively hiring for this position.

Responsibilities

- Actively engage mall shoppers and follow each step of our sales process.
- Consistently network, creating and maintaining a list of prospective clients using our CRM tool
- Generate hype and awareness within a mall environment by being an ambassador for WOW! and the brands we represent
- Deliver on our brand promise by offering personalized, unbiased, advice.
- Consistently achieve all key business metrics
- Offer a best-in-class customer experience
- Participate in documented coaching conversations
- Responsible for inventory management receiving, signing, and securing inventory
- Follow merchandising and daily store cleanliness standards
- Complete daily operations tasks, such as opening & closing the kiosk
- Complete all required training modules and tasks
- Stay current on promotions, products, services and policies
- Follow our policies and procedures and maintain a high level of integrity
- Managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
- Available to work during mall hours (evenings and weekends) based on operational needs
- Manage multiple priorities with a demonstrated sense of urgency

- Customer-facing experience in retail or hospitality using a point-of-sale system
- Available to work during mall hours including evenings and weekends
- Wireless retail experience or commission sales experience is an asset

Physical Job Requirements
