KeyResponsibilities
GeneralProjectOversight
Lead multiplesupplychainandoperationalprojects,ensuringtheymeetobjectives,timelines,andbudgets.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstodrive processoptimizationandoperationalefficiency.
Oversee end-to-endimplementationof KoerberWMS,ensuringsmoothintegrationwithexistingsystems.
Coordinate systemconfiguration,testing,anddeployment.
Conduct changemanagementstrategiestosupportadoption,including trainingsessionsforemployees.
Vendor&StakeholderManagement;
Actasthe primaryliaisonbetweeninternalteams of HUB and PGW project leadership.




Facilitate milestonetrackingwith internal softwareproviders.
Ensure clearcommunicationandalignmentbetweenIT,operations,andsupplychainteams.
Travel&On-SiteExecution;
Frequenttravelrequiredtodifferentwarehousesitesfor hands-onprojectmanagement.
Conduct on-siteassessmentstotroubleshootchallengesandimplementbestpractices.
Engagedirectlywithteamstoprovide real-timesupportduringrolloutphases.
Qualifications&Skills;
Provenexperienceprojectmanagement,preferablyin WMSimplementations.
Strongknowledgeof warehouseoperations,inventorymanagement,andlogistics.
Abilityto managemultiplestakeholdersanddriveresultsina rapid-pacedenvironment.
Willingnessto travelfrequentlybasedonprojectrequirements.
