Hiring: BSA – SailPoint | Brampton (Hybrid 2–3 Days Onsite)

Experience: 8–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow and IAM domains.

Key Requirements:

8+ years as BSA/IAM Analyst in enterprise environments

Solid skills in requirements gathering, BRDs/FRDs, process flows & traceability

Hands‑on functional knowledge of SailPoint (Identity lifecycle, Access Requests, Certifications, Roles & Entitlements)

Strong understanding of IAM concepts: RBAC, SoD, Least Privilege, Authentication & Authorization

Experience with AD, LDAP, SSO, MFA & access governance

Knowledge of security, compliance & audit processes

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with architects, engineers & security teams required.
