Key Responsibilities





Provide day-to-day functional support for HRIS platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Talent modules

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve HRIS-related incidents, service requests, and production issues

Support user access management, roles, data security, and functional configurations

Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to gather requirements and support system enhancements

Assist with testing activities including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and post-release validation

Support HRIS upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials

Monitor integrations, reports, data loads, and interfaces; coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution

Track and manage requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems
