Our client is a world-wide IT service provider which designs, build and operate integrated solutions for major global companies. Tired of traveling? They are currently looking for a strong functional SAP Logistics (PM/MM) consultant for their ERP applications support team in Mississauga. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support to their global clients.

Responsibilities

Investigate problems and deliver efficient solutions for their support clients

Call maintenance including complete documentation of progress and resolution using their global support tool

Participate in on-call rotation for after hours support (evenings & weekends)

Gather user requirements for change/enhancement requests and where necessary work with technical support to translate them into design specifications

Estimate effort for change requests

Job requirements
In order to be considered for this role,



you must have at least 4 years of hands-on implementation and configuration experience in the following SAP modules: PM, MM and ideally QM. You have succesfully completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation in the above mentioned modules or have equivalent experience supporting these modules. Ideally, you have worked in a global support workplace before. Certification in SAP and experience in version 4.7 are highly regarded.
