Employment at AIDA Canada Customer Service Engineer - Canada
Candidate is responsible to assist in installation and repair of equipment. Traveling required. Instruct customers on proper maintenance and repairs, perform inspections and prepare documentation, follow manufacturers' specification, and communicate and provide feedback to management to improve customer and associate satisfaction.

Education
Associate degree in a technical field or vocational degree with equivalent work experience.

Experience / Requirements
Four to six years' experience in metal forming equipment installation and repair, mechanical drive maintenance and repair, electrical wiring, and controls diagnosis and repair.

General knowledge of material feeding and production line systems, rigging, and millwright skills.
