Commercial HVAC Account Manager Location: Scarborough, ON Hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (depending on experience) base + bonus

What Will You Do? Manage and grow an existing book of business within the HVAC space
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and end users
Identify and pursue recent business opportunities within your territory
Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
Travel within Canada and occasionally to the US to support customers and business growth
What Do You Bring? 2+ years of experience in sales or account management (HVAC or related industry preferred)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage accounts while also hunting for new business
Comfortable presenting to customers and representing a brand externally
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter mindset
Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and the US
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an asset
