As a Senior Hardware Designer, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative hardware solutions. Collaborate closely with firmware and compliance teams while overseeing the design process, from prototyping through validation. Your role will directly influence the success of building automation products while ensuring they meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create hardware designs following the Product Development Process
• Develop and review testing strategies for new designs
• Analyze technical risks and propose mitigation strategies




• Document product specifications and test procedures
• Coordinate with mechanical designers for system requirements

Requirements:
• 8+ years in electronic hardware design
• Proficient in PCB design and mixed-signal circuit creation
• Experience with Altium Designer preferred
• Strong time management and project leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
