Your tasks

Deliver exceptional customer support to shipping companies, vessel operators, and maritime clients across the Americas.

Create and manage accounts for new vessels, including administration, registration, and compliance with international maritime regulations.

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth coordination of maritime services.

Assist the sales team in handling inquiries and providing accurate quotations for digital charts, publications, and other ChartWorld maritime solutions.

Coordinate and manage installation requests for electronic navigational charts (ENCs), publications, and maritime software, including pre‑installation checklists and all associated administration.

Provide direct support to crews and shipping company personnel via phone and email, whether vessels are at sea or in port.

Troubleshoot technical issues with digital charts, e‑navigation software, and vessel systems efficiently and effectively.

Log, track, and resolve customer cases within established KPIs using Salesforce CRM.

Support clients with electronic chart loading, updates, and verification of chart subscriptions and PAYS (Pay‑As‑You‑Sail) positions.

Assist customers with chart sales, renewals, and tailored digital navigation solutions.

Manage software registration, activation, and licensing for onboard systems.

Update and maintain the FAQ/Knowledge Base to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date guidance for maritime clients.

Collaborate with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.





Participate actively in 24/7 support shifts, providing round‑the‑clock assistance to vessels and shipping operators.

What We Need From You

Education: Bachelor of Science in Maritime Transportation Management Engineering or related field

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime services spanning vessel operations, navigation, customer support and terminal operations.

Terms of employment: 36 months
