We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing painting and light drywall repair work in the London area.

Work Includes:

Interior apartment painting

Wall and ceiling touch‑ups

Light drywall repairs and patching

Sanding, priming, and finishing

Turnover punch‑list corrections

What We Provide:

Pre‑approved price list (no quoting required)

All paint and materials supplied

Consistent bi‑weekly pay

Clear scopes of work and scheduling

Requirements:

Proven experience with residential painting and drywall patching

Own tools and reliable transportation

Valid WSIB and liability insurance
