Overview
As a Training Officer, you will work alongside a dynamic team of instructors to deliver high-quality military trade training to adult learners. You will facilitate in‑person classroom sessions and live virtual instruction covering key areas such as Logistics (Supply Chain and Fleet Management), Human Resources, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate training activities aligned with established training plans.
Deliver lectures, facilitate learning activities and assess students against pre‑determined standards.
Manage performance to maximize student potential.
Prepare course reports and maintain accurate training documentation.
Update course content, incorporating feedback and best practices.

Qualifications – Essential

Education
Secondary school diploma or employer‑approved alternatives as described.
Acceptable experience and/or training in a field relevant to positions in the AS classification.
Experience
Delivering formalized training to multiple students (classroom or online).
Assessing student or trainee performance.

Working effectively with others.
Showing initiative and being action‑oriented.
Communication.
Qualifications – Asset
Experience delivering military occupational training.
Experience updating training content.
Language Requirements
English – Essential.
French – Essential.
Bilingual (CBC/CBC) – Imperative.
