It is a key role to create on-going desirability for our brand image and stores. The candidate must work in close relation to the Area Managers, Buying & Merchandising and Communication Department. It is also an essential part of this role to train our store-based teams on standards & new ways of working to make sure our expectations are met on the shop floor.Duties & Responsibilities:To implement strong and appealing displays throughout our stores & showroomWork alongside the Senior Visual Merchandiser EMEA to create a structured calendar based on monthly rotations and windows changesRegular store visits to UK and Europe stores (each store once a month) to define and implement displays, adapted to the specific needs of the storeCollaborating with the VM referent to keep visual consistency throughout the UK and EuropeDemonstrate understanding of full strategic vision,
