Earn an hourly rate of $23 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $95,840 up to $107,840 with unlimited earning potential.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
