Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose patient conditions for care planning
• Work collaboratively with family members in care decisions
• Facilitate coordinated nursing efforts and referrals
• Teach self-care and health promotion to patients
• Document care activities and patient responses

Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with active BCCNM registration
• Completion of critical care nursing requirements
• One year experience in cardiac nursing preferred
• Certified in Basic Rescuer skills
• Solid organizational and patient advocacy skills
