Responsibilities Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, educate on the effects of hearing loss, and provide quality after-care services.
Offer personalized consultations on hearing solutions to fit individual needs and lifestyles.
Guide customers through device fitting and demonstrations, and educate them on the importance of hearing health.
Promote hearing health awareness through community outreach events and partnership engagement.
Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining customer records and complying with all protected health data requirements.
Stay current on industry trends and maintain qualified credentials through continuous education and networking.
Lead sales of hearing aids and accessories, contributing to individual and office revenue goals.
Support marketing initiatives and manage special events to drive local engagement.
Partner with the Client Care Coordinator to ensure a seamless customer experience, effective schedule management, and store operations.
Qualifications A diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program or a Masters degree in Audiology.
Registered and in good standing with the applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
Students and recent graduates who are completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, CRM, and POS systems.
