Become a Program Manager at Pacific Coast Children’s Resources, where you can drive change for children and youth needing support. Lead teams with a solid focus on community and inclusive practices.
In this role, you will leverage your management skills to enhance the lives of families by creating and overseeing programs that reflect a family-centred approach. By collaborating with MCFD and community stakeholders, you will ensure that services are culturally sensitive and meet the diverse needs of children with complex behaviours. Your leadership will empower team members, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct program planning and service delivery protocols
• Liaise with MCFD and manage special projects




• Recruit and evaluate personnel in interdisciplinary teams
• Address conflicts constructively to enhance team dynamics
• Develop new programs based on community feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years in healthcare or social service management
• Experience with dual diagnoses and challenging behaviours
• Knowledge of Indigenous practices impacting child development
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
