As an LLQP licensed Senior Facilitator Onboarding, Advisor and Leader Enablement , you will be responsible for the effective transfer of knowledge to new and existing Insurance Advisors through onboarding. You will lead with a Client First mindset, are committed to creating a positive client experience and are comfortable with the principles of adult learning. Ensure graduated Learners have a Client First mindset, behavioral and technical skills and confidence to be successful in their role.
