Poly Tech Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading global pharmaceutical organization to build a brand-new Workplace Technology & Collaboration Services team supporting a state-of-the-art corporate campus opening in late Fall 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created team supporting more than 200 Microsoft Teams-enabled collaboration spaces, executive boardrooms, innovation hubs, production studios, and enterprise event spaces. As a Senior Film & Event Specialist, you'll help deliver high-quality live and recorded productions that support executive communications, employee engagement, training, and corporate events.

About the Role The Senior Film & Event Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's production studio and enterprise event spaces while providing technical expertise for live, hybrid, and recorded events. Working closely with Workplace Technology, Communications, Marketing, and business stakeholders, you'll operate and maintain professional production technologies, support executive presentations, and help deliver polished broadcast-quality experiences across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Support live, hybrid, and recorded corporate events, executive presentations, and employee communications.
- Operate and maintain production studio equipment, event technologies, and enterprise AV systems.
- Set up and operate qualified camera, audio, lighting, and video production equipment.
- Support live streaming, recording, switching, and content capture for internal and external events.
- Prepare production environments, conduct equipment testing, and troubleshoot technical issues before and during events.




- Partner with Communications, Marketing, Workplace Technology, Facilities, and external vendors to deliver successful productions.
- Maintain production equipment, media assets, and technical documentation.
- Recommend improvements to production workflows, technology standards, and the overall event experience.

What you bring to the table:

MUST HAVE:

- 5 years supporting live events, broadcast, film, or production environments (AV-over-IP)
- Experience operating professional production equipment
- Live streaming and recording technologies
- Professional lighting, camera systems and PTZ cameras
- Audio mixing, wireless microphones, and lighting systems
- Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Video switching and production workflows
- Motion graphics or post-production experience
- Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and hybrid event technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and executive level (white-glove) customer service skills

STRONGLY DESIRED:

- Advanced video editing skills (Adobe, in-design, Davinci etc) including exposure to AI generated video production

PREFERRED:

- AVIXA CTS
- Blackmagic Design Certification or equivalent
- Q-SYS/Crestron
- Dante Certification or equivalent
- DSP (digital signage processing)
