As part of the team at Redwood, you will facilitate customer training through engaging, structured learning experiences. You'll tackle the entire design lifecycle and develop diverse learning formats, such as eLearning modules and interactive simulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and rely on your analytical skills to ensure quality and clarity in educational materials, aimed at promoting customer success and product utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of structured, effective learning materials
• Utilize AI for developing and refining instructional content




• Conduct action mapping and storyboard development
• Coordinate with SMEs for content accuracy and relevance
• Manage content organization and updates in the LMS

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of instructional design experience
• Skilled in eLearning tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Understanding of adult learning theories
• Experience with SaaS training preferred
