Responsibilities Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service to clients under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectors.
Plan, prepare, and execute financial statements with appropriate note disclosures.
Conduct financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations, including budgeting and resource planning.
Plan and execute fieldwork assignments, accounting for budget and resource needs.
Contribute to building our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice.
Supervise, coach, and provide timely feedback to junior engagement team members on diverse engagements.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications Completed post‑secondary degree/diploma.
CPA (CPA, CA; CPA, CMA or CPA, CGA) accreditation, or near completion.
Minimum 2 years of public practice experience in audit, reviews & compilations.
Strong technical expertise in audit, accounting, and tax.
Experience in tax return preparation.
Strong focus on exceptional client service and relationships.
Strong planning and time‑management skills.
Proven problem‑solving with solid analytical skills and attention to detail.




Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualise new approaches and solutions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite and accounting software applications (CaseWare, TaxPrep, Sage, QuickBooks) and ability to quickly grasp new technology tools.

Salary range for this role is $70,000–$80,000 in Victoria. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
