As the Manager of Indigenous Ease Services, you will lead a energetic team providing financial expertise to over 250 Indigenous clients nationwide. Your responsibilities include creating effective training materials, enhancing client relationships, and supporting audit readiness. You’ll ensure that clients have the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in a complex financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop client partnership strategies for financial success
• Create educational tools and hands-on training materials
• Prepare clients for audits with organized documentation




• Collaborate with funding agencies to ensure compliance
• Provide expert advice on accounting practices and policies

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant business fields
• Preference for CPA or CAFM designation
• Minimum five years in accounting or bookkeeping roles
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Experience working with Indigenous communities is preferred
