Job Type: Part time (24 hours per week), Monday‑Friday, no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call; may work at additional clinic locations.
Department: 500651 Surgical Ambulatory Nur/SMH
Compensation
$37.12 - $50.11 per hour
Responsibilities
Provide competent direct patient care as a Level II Registered Nurse under the direction of the Nurse Manager.
Contribute to unit activities and support the enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level.
Support peers in the delivery of patient care services and assume expanded roles which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
Assist with office‑based procedures, wound care, anticoagulation education/management/medication administration, patient education, telephone triage, disability paperwork, and related tasks.
Oversee Ambulatory Care Technicians and maintain efficient patient flow in collaboration with providers.
Qualifications
BSN degree preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience as a registered nurse.
Strong leadership, clinical, and management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
