Become an integral part of our Global Retirement Finance - Pricing team as an Actuarial Manager. This role encompasses pricing analysis for Guaranteed Products in a hybrid setting across Canada and the US.

As an industry expert, you will be responsible for model ownership and driving pricing strategies while collaborating with various teams including Product, Risk, and Capital Management. Your insights will directly influence product governance and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage guaranteed products modeling tasks
• Steward ongoing monitoring of pricing assumptions
• Lead financial analysis to assess sales incentive performance
• Partner with multiple teams for pricing strategies
• Support ongoing optimization of modeling processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Statistics, or related field
• Proven actuarial or financial analysis experience
• Proficient in financial modeling and Excel
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
