Role Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive family medicine services

Manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Deliver preventative care and health screening

Coordinate referrals and continuity of care

Requirements

Eligible for independent registration with CPSO

Certification in Family Medicine / General Practice
