Responsibilities Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Utilize expertise to diagnose a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized, evidence-based therapy plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic and integrated care.
Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure meticulous and up-to-date client records, adhering to all regulatory standards.
Engage in Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Educate and Empower Clients: Provide clients and their families with effective strategies to support communication and swallowing functions, enhancing their quality of life.

Education and Experience (Qualifications) Masters Degree or recognized equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology.
Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists or Speech-Language Pathologists required.
Three years of experience providing Speech-Language Pathology services preferred.
Experience completing in-home assessments and treatments; knowledge of auto insurance and legal system is an asset, particularly medical/legal report writing.
Enjoy working with clients of all ages in multiple treatment environments. Solid communication (oral and written) and exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of personal computers and proficiency with secure email. Valid driver’s license.
