Note:
We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire QA Lead with strong expertise across Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end QA strategy, automation, and defect management while collaborating closely with business, development, and project stakeholders. This role requires hands‑on testing expertise, leadership capability, and strong knowledge of Guidewire configurations and integrations.
Key Skills & Expertise:
Strong hands‑on experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite testing (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Deep understanding of Guidewire configurations, product models, rating, workflows, PCFs, and integrations
Experience in API testing (SOAP/REST), UI testing, and data validation (SQL)
Automation expertise using Selenium (Java), Guidewire Testing Framework (GTF), REST Assured, Postman, ReadyAPI
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps
Proven ability to lead onsite/offshore QA teams
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Experience / Requirements:
5+ years of QA experience with strong exposure to Guidewire implementations
Proven experience leading end-to-end QA lifecycle for Guidewire projects
Hands‑on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Robust experience in automation strategy and regression suite maintenance
Experience validating business rules, configurations, and product models
Ability to estimate QA efforts, identify risks, and manage dependencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the end-to-end QA strategy for Guidewire projects
Create detailed Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases
Lead and coordinate testing across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and digital integrations
Drive automation strategy and enhance regression automation coverage
Log, track, and analyze defects; perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
Mentor QA team members, review test artifacts, and ensure best practices
Prepare status reports, support release planning, and ensure timely QA deliverables
Maintain documentation including traceability matrices and sign-offs
Act as a bridge between business, development, and project stakeholders
