Role Summary:
Senior IAM Consultant responsible for sustaining and supporting large-scale Oracle-based Identity and Access Management environments. The role requires deep hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus , enterprise IAM operations, production troubleshooting, application sustainment, quality assurance, and change/release management for environments supporting 10,000+ users .
Top 5 Must-Haves:
1. 10+ years of COTS IAM sustainment — Administration, operations, monitoring, patching, configuration, start/stop, and production support of enterprise IAM platforms.
2. 4+ years Oracle IAM Suite Plus — Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus ; OIAM 12C preferred.
3. Large-scale IAM environments — At least 4 years supporting IAM implementations with 10,000+ registered users .
4. 10+ years troubleshooting IAM applications — Robust experience diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving complex production incidents and application problems.
5. Change/Release & QA — Strong experience with Change Management, Release Management, Quality Assurance/Control, and ITIL processes in large enterprise environments.
Required Skills:
- Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus / OIAM / OIM.
- Oracle Fusion Middleware and related Oracle application technologies.
- OIAM 12C preferred.
- Enterprise IAM administration, operations, monitoring, patching, and production support.
- Experience supporting implementations with 10,000+ users.
- Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or equivalent COTS implementation methodology.
- PKI, PMI, SSL, encryption, and authentication technologies.
- Oracle Database 19c and Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition.
- Web/application technologies including OHS, Tomcat, IIS, IBM HTTP Server, Apache, and WebSphere.
- Linux, Solaris, AIX, and Windows environments.
- Nagios or similar enterprise monitoring tools.
- ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level, and Capacity Management.
- Automated testing tools such as TFS.
Responsibilities:
- Support and sustain PKI OIM and OPS/BPS Secure environments across development, UAT, and production, including monitoring, patching, certificate/license renewal, backup/recovery, tuning, and incident resolution.
- Provide production support and participate in incident, problem, change, and release management , including on-call Tier 2/Tier 3 support.
- Support IAM integrations by analyzing client requirements, designing integration approaches, developing and testing solutions, and resolving integration issues.
- Develop scripts, utilities, queries, reports, and other automation to improve IAM operations and support efficiency.
- Document operational procedures, maintenance requirements, support processes, and technical solutions while continuously improving the overall support posture.
