- Provide advanced support for endpoint management issues
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle and documentation
- Coordinate Okta, Google Workspace, and SaaS app management
- Support MDM-related device management workflows
- Strategize improvements in IT delivery and integrations Requirements:
- 5+ years in IT support and operations roles
- Extensive experience with macOS environments
- Scripting skills and programming knowledge
