About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Marketing you’ll play a dual role supporting both a variety of Marketing and Business Development initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams to drive client growth, elevate market presence, and strengthen brand reputation.

What You’ll Do
Business Development

Partner with a Senior BD Manager to support practice and industry groups in developing and executing growth strategies

Conduct research and deliver insights to inform BD planning and initiatives

Evaluate marketing and BD investments, including preparing business cases and ROI analysis

Support the preparation of submissions, pitch materials, and client-facing proposals

Collaborate with internal teams on events, conferences, and sponsorships

Contribute to RFPs and recent business pitches, including drafting and coordinating materials

Marketing

Support the planning, coordination and execution of the company's awards and client success programs.





Partner with Communications and BD teams to promote company achievements and successes.

Track, analyze, and report on A&R; initiatives to maximize visibility and impact

Assist with profile development for executives and stakeholders in the organization

Coordinate attendance and logistics for key award events

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (with emphasis on BD), communications, project management, or a related field

• Experience in a professional services setting is an asset
