You will counsel patients and families on nutritional needs, ensuring the highest standards of care. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, and you'll work closely with medical staff to provide comprehensive nutritional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement medical nutritional therapy
• Evaluate patient and family nutritional requirements
• Counsel patients on dietary regimes and meal prep
• Collaborate with the medical team in patient care
• Conduct ongoing professional development activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in dietetics/nutrition required
• Completion of accredited dietetic internship
• Current licensure as a Dietitian in BC
• Membership eligibility with Dietitians of Canada
• Robust relationship-building skills with medical teams
