Ensure solutions align with real customer workflows and mental models

Design scalable, reusable solutions across similar use cases

Anticipate edge cases and system behaviours across the product

Collaboration with Engineering, Design & GTM

Work closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

Partner with Design to create intuitive, user-centered experiences

Align with Support, Sales, and Marketing on product direction and rollout

Communicate clearly what is being built, why it matters, and expected outcomes

Maintain strong cross-functional alignment across teams

Outcome Measurement & Iteration

Monitor adoption, usage, and customer impact post-launch

Continuously iterate based on real-world data and feedback

Drive product improvements based on measurable outcomes

What Success Looks Like

Explicit, prioritized roadmap tied to business impact

Product decisions grounded in real customer workflows

High-quality specifications that reduce ambiguity and rework

Strong alignment between product, engineering, and design

Features that match how customers actually work

Measurable improvements in adoption, retention, and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS preferred)

Strong ability to define product strategy and prioritize effectively

Experience translating customer needs into clear product requirements

Deep understanding of customer workflows and enterprise use cases

Strong decision-making skills and comfort operating with uncertainty

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams

Nice to Have

Experience with LMS platforms or training workflows

Familiarity with integrations, reporting, permissions, and multi-tenant SaaS

Exposure to product analytics and data-driven decision making

Unlimited PTO

Flexible hybrid work environment
