This is a full time position (37.5 hours weekly, in addition to a daily 30-minute, unpaid lunch period) fully in-office and operating out of SJA HQ at 1445 Park Street in Regina. The position comes with full dental, health, and life insurance coverage, along with a pay-matched 5% defined benefit pension plan. Hours of work are relatively flexible within our business hours of 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with the position sometimes requiring overtime, work outside regular hours and travel, although seldomly. The position is subject to a three-month probationary period.

Scope
This position provides advice and support to the CEO and provides project support and assistance to all departmental Directors and will participate in strategic planning, human resource management, business development, relationship-building and generally being a strategic support employee to help the business innovate and meet its objectives.
