Responsibilities

Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities: prepare documentation, track actions, and ensure decisions are recorded and implemented;

Manage non-conformity reports (NCRs) and assist with follow-up actions involving internal teams and suppliers;

Participate in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, including Key Piece Characteristics (KPCs);

Support First Article Inspections (FAI) and assist in preparing quality concessions;

Assist with internal and supplier audits to help ensure compliance with standards and processes;

Maintain up-to-date quality records and documentation that meet customer and regulatory expectations;

Contribute to quality improvement activities as part of your regular responsibilities.

Job qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in aerospace quality assurance —intermediate level,



comfortable working independently on assigned tasks;

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline). A technical diploma with extensive relevant experience may also be considered;

Understanding of metalwork manufacturing processes and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications;

Proficient in applying AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards, handling PPAPs, and using customer portals;

Strong problem‑solving skills, team player, and effective communicator who collaborates well with cross‑functional teams and suppliers;

Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Power BI is an asset);
