This prospect requires a valid trade certification in Newfoundland and Labrador and experience in cold-climate heat pumps. You will perform installations and coordinate upgrades while ensuring professional workmanship and timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install mini-split and ducted heat pump systems
• Perform electrical service upgrades to 200A
• Calculate loads and coordinate with utilities




• Conduct heat pump commissioning and diagnostics
• Provide warranty and follow-up services as needed

Requirements:
• Valid Newfoundland & Labrador trade certification
• HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic or Electrician (Journeyperson or Red Seal)
• Active liability insurance and WorkplaceNL coverage
• Experience with cold-climate heat pumps
• Ability to meet installation timelines independently
