We are seeking a candidate with over 5 years of progressive experience in U.S. tax, including hands-on preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. Your leadership skills and proficiency with U.S. international tax reporting, such as PFIC and GILTI, will be critical to success in this position. A solid foundation in Canadian tax legislation is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review individual and corporate tax forms

Requirements:
