Qualifications Functional Testing Expertise: Strong experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Test Design & Documentation: Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Defect Tracking: Proficiency in defect management using tools such as JIRA or similar.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze requirements and identify edge cases.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Responsibilities Actively participate in requirements elaboration sessions, sprint planning, release readiness reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
Design, develop, and execute functional test plans and detailed test cases based on business and product requirements.
Document, log,



and track defects using defect management tools; ensure transparent communication of issues to relevant teams.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve defects identified during testing.
Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to validate new features and ensure no impact on existing functionality.
Prepare high-quality test documentation and present test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Coordinate demo activities with business stakeholders and escalates issues as necessary.
Utilize Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) to track and manage testing activities.
