Carewest is seeking a Casual Physical Therapist I to elevate client care in Calgary. Emphasizing neuro rehabilitation, this role centers on assessment, intervention, and support.

As part of the team at the Dr. Vernon Fanning Centre, you'll work with adults recovering from neurological injuries. You'll assess and plan treatments aimed at enhancing clients’ functional independence, while also providing essential clinical supervision to support staff and students. Your dedication will directly influence the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to inform rehabilitation plans
• Develop and implement effective treatment strategies
• Mentor support staff and students during care




• Evaluate client progress and adjust interventions
• Undertake additional duties as required

Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized Physical Therapy program
• Valid registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta
• AADL authorizer experience is advantageous
• Previous clinical experience is beneficial
• Current graduates and physiotherapist interns are welcome
